The Leafy Source operates a recurring SMS/MMS text message program for customers who choose to opt in. This section outlines how the program works and what to expect when you join.

When you opt in to The Leafy Source SMS program, you will receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from us. Our messages may include, but are not limited to:

You can opt out of our SMS program at any time. To stop receiving text messages from The Leafy Source:

After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive marketing texts from us at that mobile number. You may continue to receive transactional messages related to any active orders unless you contact us directly to fully remove your number from our system.

Wireless carriers supported by our program are not the senders or originators of these messages and are not responsible for the content, delivery, or accuracy of any messages sent through our SMS program.

H. No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Information

The Leafy Source will NOT sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in consent, or any data collected as part of our SMS program to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
